We are developping Mobile navigation application (Android and IOS) for the public use with ESRI data. we identified following services are requaired at initial stage:

1. Base map service

2. Network data

3. Geocode service

We would like to know following:

What is the best practice or recomonation from ESRI to create these services and update them time to time.

Any recomondations on capacity planing as this is a public app and expected 10,000 users at bigining and grow atleast 1000 per month.
