Download Failed - Table Does Not Exist

I have a point layer with a related table, share the map to portal via ArcGIS Pro with synch enabled. I go into Portal and I can view the map without problems. Open Collector and I can see the map and open with no problems, but when I attempt to take the map offline it failes, it says the table (point layer) does not exist. But it does exist and the only thing that has a problem with it is offline mode. Were not using Aurora at this time.


Any help is appreciated.
