Import and Export failing

Hello,

 

I have recently upgraded to windows 10 and ArcGIS 10.4

 

I'm trying to export a feature class to a file geodatabase (or run feature class to feature class). When i run the export process the tool says that it has worked almost instantly yet nothing appears in the FGDB after i refresh. The same happens if i try and import. Whereas a simple copy and paste in catalog works fine. This error occurs in Arcmap and catalog.

 

There's no error, its just nothing seems to happen
