Missing the sign in option in the Survey123 desktop app

I downloaded the Windows version of the Survey123 app today and I noticed that I'm missing the "sign in"option in the context menu, The app version I'm using is 3.0.149. Below is what I've done so far:

  • uninstalled Survey123 a couple of times; also ensured that the App's Window folder is deleted after uninstallation. Have also restarted the machine during the uninstall and re-install. Nothing seems to be making a difference.
  • No matter how many times I try, the Sign In option is missing. I even went to settings > portal and added "https://www.arcgis.com"just to see if it makes a difference, but the result was the same.
  • I also turned on the app logging to see if there's any indication in the log file of an issue but found nothing.

Attached are the screenshots of the App version and the options available to me in the context menu. Please let me know if anyone has encountered this issue and found a solution.
