Is there any way of overriding the underlying timeouts in ArcGIS Server? I am currently using ArcGIS Server 10.5 federated with ArcGIS Portal 10.5 and accessed through a Network Load Balancer.
I know for instance there is a timeout associated with each service and a timeout can be changed on a service by service basis in the Pooling tab, however for tasks e.g. the Publishing Tools which use the underlying createservice rest function, I can change the timeout on the Publishing Tools service but not in the createservice rest function underlying this.
Is there somewhere that the global timeout for ArcGIS Server particularly the "The maximum time a client can use a service" can be set?
