Basing symbology on whether records exist that are related (through relationship class)

Question asked by Beibhin91941 on Oct 22, 2018

Is it possible in ArcPro to base symbols on whether a feature has or hasn't got records in a table to which it's joined in a relationship class? In my example, I have service laterals, a small percentage of which have a backflow. I'd like to style the laterals based on two things actually - their status (Proposed, Existing or To Be Abandoned) and whether or not they have a related backflow in the backflow table. The relationship between lateral and backflow is already set up. It's a simple One to many relationship class.

When I publish the data, I need these styles to propagate to our Portal and AGOL maps/apps.
