My agency is running into a problem where a Web map does not load on some Apple phones and iPads (see link below). The map starts to load, then refreshes and tries to load again. This repeats several times before an error message is presented (see below, from Safari). One the same device, it also fails using Chrome. We have sent out requests for staff to open the map and have determined in is not a carrier or iOS issue. We have started to look at things like firmware or security certificates. Has anyone else had this issue?
