Is it possible to add, or activate, a hyperlink for an email address in a file geodatabase table in ArcMap 10.5.1? The table is a simple conversion from an Excel spreadsheet that is being related to a feature class in the MXD. A service is published from that MXD and subsequently called by a javascript web application. I can get the email address to appear in the application pop-up but it is not "clickable". All the ESRi documentation I can find regarding hyperlinks is specific to those already in the feature class, not those in a table. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The source data table has no ability to act on it's contents. That is the job of the layer in the map and it's hyperlink properties. You interact with a hyperlink enabled layer by clicking on features. In a Standalone table, which is what you are implying you have there is no equivalent interactive function.
