Hello everyone,

I've just got trial for production mapping extension but I cannot activate it. I authorized the product by using a provisioning file but when I turn on ArcGIS Pro, the extension is listed as not licensed and I cannot use the related features. What should I do? How can I solve this problem? I use the latest version of ArcGIS Pro.

Ibrahim,

You mentioned you authorized with provisioning file.  Open the file in NotePad or any other text editor.  Is Production Mapping listed in the list of features?  If not, did you get the trial license as a file or authorization code starting with ESU or EFL?
