Recently I noticed that I'm not getting any emails when I open a tech support case with ESRI.  The other day I opened a case with them to investigate the problem.  Turns out our security people did a blanket black list and the customercare email got blocked.

 

Has anyone experienced this?  I'm trying to get the security team info like ip's, cloud services etc, and so far haven't had any luck.
