I'm using Survey 123 Connect to create a tool to collect information on my college campus. The World Topographic map does not have detail for our campus - just roads. Is there any way I can display Open Street Map or Imagery basemaps? I have selected them in Survey 123 Connect but they do not appear on my survey once it is deployed.

Hi Allen,
Are you deploying using the field app or the web form?
Hi James,
We are deploying using the web form. Users are people on our campus who see people smoking/vaping or witness smoking trash (cig butts, packaging) on the ground (we're a smoke-free campus). These are random people - can't expect them to download the app. They either scan a QR code we have printed on signage or find a link to the survey on the SmokeFree campus web page.
Hi James,
Is there any reason why this modified link would no longer work properly on my smartphone? I’m having some very strange Survey123 things happening all of a sudden. Here’s what’s up:
Now, on to the forced version modification of the URL.
The survey link URL for this new study is https://arcg.is/1aHWrf or https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/5c6eb57411344545872beaaf8f51f57c .
You showed me this URL modification so I would be able to use OpenStreetMap (which I have chosen in Survey123 Connect). The modified link is https://survey123qa-cf.arcgis.com/share/5c6eb57411344545872beaaf8f51f57c?version=3.1
The modified link opens properly in the web browser and still does not display the new image files, but it does use OpenStreetMap as the basemap.
When I try to use this modified link on my Galaxy Android smartphone, it’s a complete mess. The formatting is all messed up. It displays the new images but the formatting of the question text and icon sizes are not correct and the map does not display at all.
Can you help me out here? I was making such good progress a few weeks ago but now I can’t come up with a version of the survey (other than the Form Preview in Survey123 Connect) that reflects what I have programmed. I’m at a stage with this project where I need to have a version I can share with colleagues for comment.
Thanks,
Allen

Hi Allen,
You have a couple of images that have spaces in their name - the web form does not read that correctly.
That's funny (strange) because those same files have been working in the past. But I will remove the spaces.
