I'd like to create a map which indicates parks of a place for my assignment. Those green space / parks would be presented in green color. Can someone tell me the detail steps of producing such kind of map? I'm new to ArcGIS.
Assignment? Beyond the tiny picture that you posted, what resources have you looked for ArcGIS Online?
It would be more useful if you posted what you have read, what data your have collected and what you have tried. Then you would be in a better position to get help to move your project forward.
