Hi, i try to install Utility Network example by Get started with the Electric Utility Network Configuration—Get Started | ArcGIS for Electric  but I get an error when i run the Apply Asset Package tool:

Apator, is your OS and ArcGIS Pro using the Polish language pack?

If you look inside the "B_DiagramTemplate" table, does it have 3 entries (including Basic)?

could you post a screen shot of the network properties of the utility network

I tested with a Polish LP. Inside the asset package, you can use Calculate Field—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop to replace "Basic" with "Bazowy". You should then be able to apply the asset package then:
