ArcScene 10.3.1 and ArcGlobe 10.3.1 not opening properly

So I've tried using ArcScene and ArcGlobe recently but neither is letting me load any data. I've attached the start-up screens for both. When I try to add data nothing comes up on screen even though it is visible in the Table of Contents. Worried about reloading the software and losing my license. Please assist...
