How to create a support case regarding ArcGIS Earth?

I just downloaded the current version of ArcGIS Earth and cannot import my feature services from ArcGIS Online. The support case portal tell me that I am not allowed to create a support case.

I just attached the mini dump file for analyzing the crash.

Jan... so you don't belong to an organization?  

If you do, there is someone there that can file the support case.

Also, if you are the most likely person that would be doing so, they can actually add you on to the list of people that are able to file cases.

I am using my private ArcGIS Online Level 1 Plan for Developers Subscription. There is no organizational account behind. Would you be so kind and just tell me how to report a support case from my point of view? ArcGIS Earth can be downloaded for free, there must be a direct way.
