Use opacitymap with alpha channel

Hi, I’m trying to figure out how the opacitymap works. I wan’t to use the alpha channel, so that some part of the texture is fully transparent. That way I can overlay different textures, without the top texture blocking for the others. The part below works in CityEngine, and in some cases with obj, haven’t figured out when, but all other formats creates a white shape, instead of the picture, tested with FBX, 3WS, VOB
