Survey123 results not accessible

I had created a survey on Survey 123, tested it, it worked, sent it out and now I cannot access it, with a message saying the "survey does not exist or is not accessible". Any help would be appreciated.  Here is the screen shot

Can you check to see if you are affected by the feature service outage that occurred today on ArcGIS Online?
