I have created a survey through Survey123 Connect. I published the survey and I have been able to download it on devices I have on hand to ensure that everything is working the way it is intended. I emailed staff letting them know that survey is available to download. However, some users are encountering an issue when downloading the survey.The hit the download button and Survey123 goes through the normal downloading screen, however, when they go to 'My Surveys' nothing appears. Its like the survey never downloaded. Anyone else been experiencing this issue and found a solution?
