I do not recall this being an issue in ArcMap. I set up a map series page filter for a map series and it appears to work for every page except for the ones with apostrophes in their names (eg. O'Reilly). The only workaround was to remove the apostrophes from the attribute tables and the index layer.
Any thoughts?
