ArcGIS 9.1 Offline registration?

Is it still posssible to linstall and authorize single use ArcGIS 9.1?

I'm attempting to perform the offline registration and I'm not receiving a return email. I'm expecting an email containing the authorization file.

check your 'junk' email... a lot of stuff from esri ends up in junk for some reason
