Raster to Other Format Conversion Creates Large Output Rasters

My job is to send sub meter WV2 imagery to the field in Africa and I have it downloaded in .tif format and it came down in good visual form in individual tiles. They are all in sub meter resolution and in GCS_WGS_1984.

The problem is that the tiles are too large in size to be able to be downloaded in a timely manner in the offices in the countries in need.

I tried converting the .tif files to jpg2 in order to preserve spatial integrity and they came down with a comparably large bundle.

I don't see another option in the Conversion tool in ArcMap to accomplish this but am wondering if you might know another setting_perhaps a compression setting to make these images less heavy without compromising their resolution.

I even went to the extent settings and tried to change the output coordinates and extent settings but that just gave me errors.

Perhaps there is no good option if you want sub-meter imagery and you don't have good bandwidth....just thought I'd ask.

Maybe save as_then a compressed setting_?
