I have selected landslide data in point shapefile, the source is came from NASA Global Landslide Catalog - https://data.nasa.gov/Earth-Science/Global-Landslide-Catalog/h9d8-neg4/data and I also have daily rainfall in GeoTIFF format from CHIRPS UCSB - http://chg.geog.ucsb.edu/data/
I would like to have rainfall data from the last 30 days of the landslide date event for each point. The output could be csv file or landslide point shapefile with additional column attribute. See example below.
ID, Lon, Lat, Date, Rainfall_last30, Rainfall_last29, Rainfall_last28, ..., Rainfall_duringLandslide
1, 107.345318, -6.627838, 15/02/10, 0, 5, 10, ..., 60
2, 107.610879, -6.823321, 16/03/04, 2, 0, 0, ..., 45
If just extract single raster and single date, maybe I can use this script https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nextgis/extract_values/master/extract_values.py as explain in this website http://gis-lab.info/qa/extract-values-rasters-eng.html
But the problem is, each point has different date event, and different raster target. Any clue on this?
I have upload rainfall (in milimeters) raster data and Landslide point (with date_date_ attribute as landslide event date)
