What information is sent "out" when using Geocode addresses?

I'm using the Geocode Addresses in ArcGIS Pro 2.1 and I use an online address locator connected through my portal. the locator is hosted with a https url.

Per now i use Single Line Input and this works fine. My question is what data is actually sent out from my computer/portal other than the field I specified for the Single Line input.

Say I have a field in the table I'm geocoding with sensitive information which I'd like to keep secure on my computer, say social security number etc. Will the geocode addresses tool communicate this data or just the input field data i specified? And if it sends the other fields from the table than specified, will it send it encrypted?

the question is the same for when I use the locator from within my portal.
