Moving BDS to a new Server

Has anyone had to move their BDS, containing production Survey123 hosted feature services to a new server? I was informed today that the current server that has our bds installed on it, will be decommissioned. I am curious kind of headache this will cause in keeping all of the S123 forms working.

You might want to ask this over in ArcGIS Enterprise for general advice on migration of the data store from one server to another.

Survey123 data is typically stored in a relational data store (e.g., hosting server), not a "spatiotemporal big data store".

Move a relational or tile cache data store—Portal for ArcGIS (10.6) | ArcGIS Enterprise 

If you do have a "spatiotemporal big data store", then I would suggest you ask your question in the GeoEvent forum.
