How can we solve our problem regarding the access to our ArcGIS account for which we paid almost three months ago?

Our organization payed the annual subscription for #ArcGIS Online at the end of April 2018, but we still don`t have access to our account. The account was active for a limited time during 12-22th of June 2018, but after that it was again suspended. Unfortunately, we can`t use the ArcGIS features and functions, and our activities based on ArcGIS are hindered. Can someone suggest a way to ensure we get full access again to our account?Juanita Taylor, Rebecca Strauch, GISP
