why feature dataset doesn't show up in Catalog pane of ArcGIS pro

I have a feature dataset and a few feature class in an SDE. the feature dataset and its feature classes show in ArcCatalog fine. however, the feature dataset doesn't show in ArcGIS pro's catalog pane when I use the same .sde connection file. Any hints?

What is the RDBMS being used, what ArcMap version and what version of Pro?

What version is the geodatabase at?

Can you provide 2 screenshots also?

I have similar problem. ArcGIS Pro 2.4 with Oracle database connection with 2800 tables. I can see all of the tables in Catalog View, but not in Catalog Pane. Feature or bug? Any hidden setting?
