We are using Survey 123 with Portal 10.3.1.
We have several users (both iOS and Android) whose client software upgraded and they are now unable to authenticate to our portal. In addition to needing to figure out how to restore service, there are a lot of forms that are now stranded on these devices. Is there a way to retrieve these forms that were filled out but are not able to be uploaded?
Also, is there a timeframe of when the "classic" client will be available from the Apple Store?
