Hello guys. I have two shapefiles, here are the properties they show in the Arcmap layers:

A) is the land use/cover change shapefile:

Extent:

Top:3706773.068100m

Left:-336160.544000m

Right: 416248.789700m

Bottom:3215361.941100m

Data source:

Data Type: Personal Geodatabase Feature Class
Database: G:\Land use change\New Personal Geodatabase.mdb
Feature Class: ld_2015_prj
Feature Type: Simple
Geometry Type: Polygon
Coordinates have Z values: No
Coordinates have measures: No

Projected Coordinate System: WGS_1984_UTM_Zone_50N
Projection: Transverse_Mercator
False_Easting: 500000.00000000
False_Northing: 0.00000000
Central_Meridian: 117.00000000
Scale_Factor: 0.99960000
Latitude_Of_Origin: 0.00000000
Linear Unit: Meter

Geographic Coordinate System: GCS_WGS_1984
Datum: D_WGS_1984
Prime Meridian: Greenwich
Angular Unit: Degree

B)is the boundry of the country (much larger than the area of A), also a shapefile:

Extent:

Top:62.585600m

Left:-845172.275.544000m

Right: -845117.1756.789700m

Bottom:7.383400m

Data source:

Data Type: Personal Geodatabase Feature Class
Database: G:\Land use change\New Personal Geodatabase.mdb
Feature Class: boundry_prj
Feature Type: Simple
Geometry Type: Polygon
Coordinates have Z values: No
Coordinates have measures: No

Projected Coordinate System: WGS_1984_UTM_Zone_50N
Projection: Transverse_Mercator
False_Easting: 500000.00000000
False_Northing: 0.00000000

My problem is, when I put them into one map, B) just diappeared. And B) even doesn't showed in a blank map. I know the problems come from the extent as it looks so odd. I don't know whether it's the problem of data or shapefile document, or somewhere wrong.  I remember that once they showed together, but I don't see it anymore and I totally forget how I did it.

BTW, my question is very similar to Robert(2012):

see  Defining / Changing spatial extent of shapefile

But it seems that the anwer does't help me a lot.

Thanks guys.
