ArcGIS 10.6 Toolbox crash

I'm having a hard time getting ArcGIS 10.6 to work properly on a win10 Panasonic tablet.

Already did a complete reinstall but to no avail.

Right click with a stylus pen does not work, however when I switch to a Windows folder it does.

Toolbox -> export to cad crashes when I try to add features.

Respons is unbelievable slow.. it takes on average 10 minutes to open a file.

Any ideas on what to do to jumpstart 10.6 ?

Thanks Yves

We have 4 other Panasonic tablets running 10.1 just fine without any issues.

I checked the hardware requirements before installing 10.6 on our 4 new tablets, so it's within specs.

As long as you ran the link there... it reveals more than the specs (repo'ed here)

Well specs are good, so I don't know why you would have such a slow response.

I didn't find anything when search on 'Panasonic' either.

If it behaves that way with all tools that would just leave some environment setting.. which I can't think of any that would cause this.
