I Logged into AGOL as an Administrator today and after selecting the Organization > Settings Tab
This error pops up:
"You do not have permissions to access this resource."
Does this happen for you too?
It works fine for a different user with the Administrator role.
The only difference is 100 credits are allocated to the account the works.
If I add just 1 credit to the account that is getting the error it fixes it too.
This user account has worked fine for a long time.
Did something change to enforce credit usage?

I'm have one user in my AGO organization that is getting this error on Title Services only.
Any insight?
Other users with the same user type and role can see the tile services without any issues.
User type = Creator
Role = Publisher
do they have credits available?
yes, over 1,000 available
can you share the items they can't see? If not, I'd suggest getting in touch with tech support.

I'd suggest getting in touch with Technical Support to look into this issue further. Are you able to access the settings tab after receiving the error message?
