Switching Surveys Between Administrators

My district has been using a survey created by an intern who is leaving. Is there a way to transfer that survey template and all data associated with it into another employee's account so that after she leaves we will continue to have data management capabilities? We would like to continue to use this survey and edit the existing data but she is the only one with editing access at the moment and her Esri account will expire once she leaves.

Hi Rose,

Yes, via ArcGIS Online you can transform ownership of items created by other users to yourself or another user if you are an organisation administrator.

You can do this for all items that the user owns via the Organization -> Members -> Select Member -> and then Manage Items menu.

Or you can change owner of items via the Content tab and selecting the items and then Change Owner, if you are signed in as that owner, or an admin:
