Retrieving incorrect values in drop downs by querying through geometry object

Question asked by m.hammadpk on Jun 6, 2018

Dear all,

I am facing problem in retrieving incorrect values in drop downs by querying through geometry object.

I have three drop downs:

Government

City

Municipality

City drop down value is dependent upon the selection of Government value.

while Municipality drop down value is dependent upon the selection of City value.

Following is the dummy data:

City

OBJECTID *GOV_NAMEShape *NAMESETEELMINMAHMERCODE_NEIGHPOP_1431F_AREA_KMSHAPE.AREASHAPE.LEN

Municipility

When "MED" city is selected from the drop down of City, it will list down all the Municipalities, which is correct
However when "ABM" is selected from the drop down, it will list down "Qbu" and "Akk" in Municipalities, which is not correct.

I am attaching a piece of java script code, where I am querying using geometry object.

Please give your remarks whether it has a logical mistake or a data issue.
