Topology Rules

Hello everyone,

I'm working on a Web AppBuilder application that looks like the picture below. The layer with grey lines is our parcel layer, the pink polygons is a editable layer using the Smart Editor Widget to draw the polygons. When drawing the pink polygon I know that I can hold down the ctrl key and snap to the parcel vertices but I'm wondering if there is a way to set up topology rules so that if I click a point for the pink polygon where I've put the red circle around it, I could have a topology rule that would move that vertex up to the parcel line (where I put the red cross).   No. Advanced features like topology do not exist in web mapping. There is nothing besides the snapping you know about supported by the api and thus WAB.
