Custom basemap with ArcGis Desktop 10.5.1 ?

I'm trying to use my custom map with ArcGis Desktop 10.5.1. Unable to open it with 'Add Data From ArcGIS Online' command  or item.pkinfo file.

Any idea please ?

Hi Florian,

I just went through the whole process and it seemed to work:

1. Creating a new style with the VTSE

2. Login to my portal and save.

3. Go to ArcGIS Pro

4. Add the portal

5. Search for the basemap style

6. Drag and drop it on the map

Please provide the steps that aren't working for you.
