Using my ArcGIS For Personal Use

Let me explain, I've bought ArcGIS for Personal Use and the transaction went through. I than downloaded the programs and that should have been enough, right? Maybe input an authorization code.

A few hours later, I have to admit I can't made heads or tails of what I have to do to access my products. This is outright obscene, the whole process is byzantine!

I'm connected to an organization named after myself on ESRI, but that doesn't work on ArcGIS online, where I'm in a public account, except I can't invite myself, because I'm already signed in!

I think it might have the answer you are looking for. It seems there are a few more steps you need to take in order to be authorized officially to use your product.
