Unable to access Pro after being granted a licence

A new account has been created for me within my organisation's group, and has been assigned an ArcGIS Pro licence. However, I can't gain access to the download for Pro. In my profile page it says my organisation's name and that I'm licensed for Pro, plus I can login to my Organisation's group page, but I still have no access. If I got to MyEsri it also shows me being part of an Organisation, but if I request permissions then it says I'm not in an organisation. I've requested access, even though it's been granted, but my group admin hasn't received my request. It seems like my account is bugged or something. I submitted a ticket to Esri several days ago now and I've not had any kind of reply back.


Is there anything i can do to fix this?
