I am compiling a VB program in Visual Studio Express 2012 to create an add-in for ArcMap 10.3.1, however, the add-in gets written to my c:\Users\<yName>Documents\ArcGIS\AddIns\Desktop10.1 folder and not the Desktop10.3 folder.
VB.NET generally compiles to the VB Project folder under the bin subdirectory?
You can set the Target of the add-in by editing the Config.esriaddinx file.
Thank you for the suggestions, however, I have been unable to fix the
problem in the way proposed.
I then created a new project and pasted the previous code into the new
project and found that the Add-in appeared in the correct folder.
Main thing you got it to work!
