I have a KML layer that has overlapping polygons. When I click on the map, popup only shows top polygon info, and I can't find a way to show multiple features in popup for KML Layer.
In ArcMap open the ArcToolbox and go to Conversion tools>From KML>KML to Layer and convert the KML to a shapefile or a geodatabase feature class, then load the new feature class into your map and you should be able to identify or select both polygons to see their individual attributes.
I want to keep it in the KML, because we get data in KML and its going to be updated frequently.
Overlapping KML polygon works fine 3.x api, but the thing is we have already written out code in 4.x.
Not willing to go back to 3.x , unless I have to.
