Scale Line for Arcgis runtime 100.2.1

After upgrade to the runtime version 100.2.1 ScaleLine from WPF toolkit 100.1.0 - beta 2 seems to be incompatible with a new map view. Is is any replacement or upgrade for WPF toolkit in which could be used with runtime version 100.2.1

If no, does anybody have an experience of custom scale line creation and willing to share any ideas?

Can you upgrade the toolkit version you are referencing to 100.2.1-beta3 ? (NuGet Gallery | Esri.ArcGISRuntime.Toolkit 100.2.1-beta3)
