I created a survey in Survey123. I published it and made it accessible to the public. My colleagues have downloaded the Survey123, app and the survey. They have filled it in and sent it but their data does not appear. Why won't it work?
Did you create the survey using the connect application or on the Survey123 website? I have had this problem when using the Survey123 website and going through some fixes provided by forum members (https://community.esri.com/thread/212975-survey123-public-web-form-used-in-survey123-ios-app-doesnt-allow-photo-attachments).
