Survey123 Beta Reports - Can't Change Record

After a report is generated from an individual response with the Report Generator using a template I created I am unable to select a different report to generate. If I highlight another report and hit the generate button it generates a duplicate of the previous report.

 

I have seen a few posts about the error message popping up but not any on this particular problem.

 

This occurs whenever I export the data as a CSV or Excel file as well. It seems to get stuck on the first report generated. 

 

 

Any ideas? Is this user error or a known bug?
