Im starting with ArcGis and Im looking for Route and Vehicle solutions, so I started the web courses. I don´t know if im doing wrong or my license doesn´t have the right tools for it.
You can check to see if it is installed and toggled on by going to the Customize Menu, in ArcMap and checking on the Network Analyst extension. If you are using Pro, then whatever you are licensed for in arcmap, you are licensed for in Pro
