Is it possible to use a statement if 1 or 3 items were selected on a multiple list select to allow a user to type a number value in.  For example if I have Retail Stores as a label and the choices are: Walmart, Target, Sears, Kohl's, Best Buy and then if the user selects Walmart, Target and Sears a box will show for them to input a dollar amount of an item.  Showing that the stores with a dollar amount had a tool they were looking for and the others did not have the tool.

Hi Trisha,

Yes, what you are describing should be possible using Survey13 Connect.  There is a function, count-selected(), that provides the number of choices that have been selected.  Additionally, if you need a question to appear when a specific choice is selected, there is a function, selected(), that will check if a value has been selected.  Formulas—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS provides more information.
