ArcGIS license manager upgrade 10.1 to 10.5.1

Recently upgraded the lic manager from 10.1 to 10.5.1
We had 160 'ArcGIS Desktop Standard' licenses. Then, on 4/5/2018, we added 32 new ArcGIS Desktop Standard licenses going from 160 to 192 total.
The license manager shows the correct number of licenses available for version 10.1 to 10.5
My desktop where the ArcGIS Desktop is installed, is able to connect to this license manager and read the license and check out successfully!
But the 'ArcGIS Administrator' on the desktop 10.1, DOES NOT reflect the license count! and still shows the old 160 licenses
