I have points groundwater quality data. The data consist of coordinates, x,y,z and the water quality results for each borehole location. I want to use create spatially balanced points tool to select boreholes for monitoring. The create spatially balanced points tool is new to me and I am trying to read about it. My approach to this work is to first calculate the water quality index and generate the water quality index map. With the water quality index map, I can then assign probability inclusion values based on the water quality ratings. I don't know if this approach is right. Can someone please help me out on how to proceed with this kind of data. Thanks.
