Abhijeet,

We plan on updating the docs within the next few weeks to include the utility network tools.  In the meantime, you can read the IDs from the NetworkAnalysisFacility.daml file that is located in C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\bin\Extensions\NetworkAnalysis.
