Best way to allow users within the organization to access and edit

Question asked by candiceyw on Mar 23, 2018

I have shared Survey123 forms, hosted feature layers and web maps within the organization. My coworkers within the organization are able to see what I shared but they don't seem to be able to edit the forms and the layers.

Say my colleagues need to edit the surveys when I am away, what is the best way for them to get access and edit the surveys and feature layers I created? The best way I can think of is to let them duplicate the form and upload it in their AGOL account to replace the older version that I created. Alternatively, I can ask the admin to switch the ownership.

Is it possible to do this without duplicating it or switching the owner? (For surveys and hosted feature layers.)

I look forward to getting everyone's input. Thank you very much!
