This is a two part question.
First, I need to set up a feature class in ArcGIS Online that I can use to draw a line segment on top of another line that is already in my map. For example, if I have an existing line in my map that is 100 ft. long, I want to be able to draw a line segment in a separate feature class directly over the existing line (snapping) that is 50 ft. long. Is there a way to draw the new segment snapped to the existing line?
If that is possible, is there a way to draw the new 50ft long segment snapped to the existing line starting exactly 20 ft. (or any other specific distance) from the endpoint of the existing line?
I appreciate any feedback.
