How to run a Model in Python?

I am hoping to automate a couple of processes by using Python, however, I'm not very familiar with it.  What I am trying to do is have a script run that will open a model I have created and run it.  I was going to use "Task Scheduler" to have it run at a prescribed day and time as well.

I am also looking for a script that I can run against some of my data, that will look at a certain field and go out to our network and search for the document (typically pdf or jpg) and attach it to that feature.  For Instance, I have a feature called Sewer Pipe and a field in the data called "Project Name".  Under the field "Project Name" there are documents names or sometimes hyperlinks, that are often broken.  I am needing something that can search our network for those files and attach it to the appropriate feature in the database.  Any help would be appreciated.
