Data Reviewer 10.2 use with ArcGIS 10.4?

Hello.  I have a desktop install of ArcGIS 10.4.  I would like to run Data Reviewer, but I only have access to Data Reviewer 10.2.  Can I run Data Reviewer 10.2 with a desktop installation of ArcGIS 10.2?

The version of Data Reviewer for Desktop needs to match the installed version of ArcGIS Desktop.
